A lot of the towns on our map require cutting off the highway and winding through side roads to reach us. Elgin is different, most of the drive is straight interstate, then a short stretch of county road right at the end. It is one of the more predictable trips on our list, which matters if you are juggling a tight weekend schedule.

What is included at pickup?

Around 8 weeks old, your puppy comes home with a binder on the parents and health history, sample puppy food, two stainless steel bowls, a few toys, a collar and leash, and a scent blanket from the litter to ease the transition. Bring a secure carrier for the ride back.

What kind of support is available after we bring the puppy home?

We include 30 days of free coverage through Trupanion's Go Home Offer, and we stay reachable for questions long after that. If circumstances ever change, we will always take back a puppy or adult dog we placed rather than see them rehomed elsewhere.
